This location was awesome the service was Immaculate the food was delicious ????. Our server Jennifer was very Knowledgeable... made great recommendations. Also Jennifer does an exceptional job at what she does. Jennifer gave us serve that makes you WANTto return. We made an excellent decision on choosing this location. Completely disappointed and disgusted with this location! We were here to celebrate my nephew's high school graduation but the... joyous occasion was ruined when I discovered a stack of plastic bag center tops in the bottom of my salad. Waitress Taylor wasjust as appalled as me but when manager Jessica was called to the table she was extremely laxidaisy and unconcerned with thematter. Only offered to personally make a new salad which came out a little too quickly which was concerning seeing as she wasnot wearing gloves, apron, hairnet or mask. Her monotone apology was subpar and not sincere. Waitress Taylor is the only reasonwe could continue to enjoy our meal as she was very pleasant, attentive and efficient with our 13 member party ALL BY HERSELF!She is definitely keeping them afloat. My daughter loves Red Lobster, so the service we received was quite disappointing. We were seated right away (????????).... However, our waitress was not attentive whatsoever. She was polite, but was a ghost in the same breath. I asked for water todrink while we reviewed the menu, as new items had been added. 23 minutes later she comes back, without water, to take ourorder. For the drinks, we ordered an apple juice and a virgin strawberry daiquiri. For the meals we ordered the Ultimate Feast(lobster tail, shrimp scampi, Walt's favorite shrimp, crab legs, and 2 sides) and the Mariner's Feast (Salmon smeared withlobster cream sauce on rice, walt's favorite shrimp, scallops, and 2 sides). I asked for biscuits because the kid was hungry,and I thought they were supposed to automatically give you the biscuits at Red Lobster ???????????. 10 minutes later she returnswith only an apple juice, no straw, and said she'll be back with my VSD. Another 15 minutes later, my drink (with a straw) andthe biscuits come. Over an hour later another waitress brings our food, and literally nothing was hot or even warm for thatmatter. ????????????????????????????????? The fries were already experiencing rigor mortus, the crab legs were cold, dried out,and mummified too, the scallops were still raw with a little sun tan... The waitress never came back to ask how the food was orif we needed anything. However, about 15 minutes into eating, mid stride on to the promise land she sure placed the tablet onthe table and said, " you can pay whenever you're ready". ???????? Like bruh, where the heck have you been all my life? Ithought you quit after we ordered. I legit thought she quit, because she was goners. Did a whole mental clap for her because shesaw her worth, just for this chic to still work there but dipped out for spring break, and popped back up with the bill. They have the best chicken strips, baked potatoes, and cheddar Bay biscuits! I only wish they would bring back the sweet BBQ... sauce that they used to have! If you like crispy chicken strips I definitely would recommend you to give them a try. I can'tcomment on the sea food because I don't eat sea food. Read more

It's been a couple of years since I have visited this location and I can't remember the food/service from then but this visit... was good. Friendly staff and hot food that was prepared perfectly. The lobster pizza had a good amount of protein, not justveggie toppings and seasoning. Read more
We were a party of five that got together for a family lunch. Everyone was very satisfied with their food. The salad was very... fresh. The meals were delicious and the portion sizes were generous. The biscuits were a bit of a disappointment. They weresmall and not as garlicky. The waitress pretty efficient. All in all it was a nice lunch. Read more
