one star is a lot for this location they are very rude and unprofessional and the coffee don't test like other tim hortons ones... i don't know who mange this location i wish they can teach their employees how do professional customers service. Read more
Horrible location staff is beyond rude I pulled up to the drive-through was barely greeted and when I said hello how are you... today the response was busy I backed my car up due to such a nasty and unprofessional response and went to a different locationneed a new staff at this location Read more

I am a everyday customer that comes here after Home Depot I spend thousands a year here but this will be the last time I ever... come here . THE STAFF IS AWFUL nobody is happy no thanks you or you?re welcome everyone is just all messed up and high there Iasked for a bagel with cram cheese on it and this is how they give it to me . I bought a large coffee and they gave it to me only 2/3. This was the second time and looks like they try to cut cost by... reducing product in an unethical way. I'll try them one more time, if it keeps happening I'll stop going there. Also, bagels notproperly toasted. Read more
