Haven?t had Tropical Smoothie in a while and decided to stop for lunch. Great customer service at the drive thru and my salad... was delicious. The cajun wrap was too saucy. The smoothie while flavored correctly the ice was too big for the straw. It wasn't my ideal... experience, but will not deter me from coming to this location again or dining at this franchise again. My guess is that thepeople had a bad day. Read more

The smoothies here are hit or miss. Sometimes they are flavorful and other times they are bland and flavorless. This location in... particular is painfully slow. There have been times I sat in the drive thru for 15+ minutes waiting for a single smoothie. Alsothe drive through has this random piece of cement cutting into it so you have to make a strange turn to get out. Whoever thoughtthat was a good design was sorely mistaken. Read more
I work at a nearby home improvement center nearby with 100+ employees. It used to be a treat to come here. We would run and... pick up for each other. Not so sure anymore. We order at the drive through and they shove the credit card reader in our facesasking for a tip. We all hate it and find it obscene. Our trips have become infrequent. Read more
