CLOSED/OUT OF BUSINESS: I have been to this location (12 Mile Road in Madison Heights) several times in the past few weeks and... they are never open. Different days of the week, different times during the day, doesn't matter. No one is there. No surprisethough...food and service have both seriously declined over the past two years. Read more
Incompetent workers and management. Can't tell the difference between jalapeño bombers and chicken nuggets, that's right they... gave my 3 year old jalapeño bombers in a kids meal. Also asked for no mayo on my subs and they couldn't figure that one outeither. And that was after they gave us the wrong order twice. Then refused to give a refund because the manager wasn't there,that's OK this is what chargebacks are for. Why is it always the racist people working for $13 hr with the nasty attitudes.Guess I'd be angry making peanuts also. Read more

Food was good the people who work there seemed very nice and friendly even though there were only 2 of them and the line was... super long. Then there's a sign in the window that says hiring $10 an hour! Crazy give them people a raise! You can work atWhite Castle for $15 and there burgers are under a buck! I paid $30 for a sub and a half and a salad! Pay your people! Read more
The pizza steak and cheese subs are delicious. I recommend paying a little extra to make it jumbo. It sucks making it through... 12" and wishing I had a few more bites. Very friendly and competent staff at this store Read more
