Pizza is good but service really needs work.
So I worked at Papa John's waayyyy back when they first started out. The pizza then was absolutely yummy!! Things have changed... since then and imo, it's just not good anymore. The service from the younger man who was running the cash register was great but he ended up leaving to do deliveries and my... plan was to tip him but the crew in the back whew minus the guy doing the dough he was in his own lane my crust was a lil flimsylol but yes said I wouldn?t go back but ended up trying just to get a freebie and it was not worth it. Now the person who camein from doing deliveries ( the only one wearing a mask) was cool too. But they obviously didn?t want or like my money. But notall the two delivery drivers who were briefly on the register had great customer service. Read more
Good customer service and the pizza was good.
Throughly unhappy with the service I received. I placed an order online and didn?t realize that I placed the order for immediate... pick up instead of a later time. Called to fix the situation and was rudely placed on hold. My wife called and was told they?dremake it at the time I originally wanted. Picked up the pizza and it was barely warm. I want my money back for being lied to bymanagement. Read more
Was a loyal customer for years, food was correct and delivery drivers were always so kind! Now there?s a new ?manager? Danny,... who refused to deliver to my address. (Which they have been delivering for years no problem and I always tip well for coming upmy street) Because of him, the store is losing money and the drivers are losing potential tips, and he has ringworm on his hand.Gross! ????
