I have ordered from here many times and it is usually very good. Tonight was a disaster. I spent over $50 on pizzas and they... were terrible. There was barely any cheese on them. I called to let them know what the problem was and the night manager wasvery rude. I don't plan on giving them my money again any time soon. Hope it's better for others. Read more
The pizza looked awful and was extremely greasy, and there was a hair. Employees were outside when I pulled up yet I waited... inside when they saw a customer come in. The gentleman who cut the gross pizza was also NOT WEARING A HAT,l AND DIDNT WASH HISHANDS BEFORE TOUCHING THE FOOD also and this is probably where the hair came from. Past couple deliveries/pickups were subpar.The pizza was made very sloppily using toppings from the bottom of the barrel. Toppings were messy and not distributed veryevenly at all. The cheese went to about an inch from the crust, leaving a stream of cheese less sauce around the edge. Curbsidepickup, they stopped the 2 minute timer then i sat for another two minutes, just so they could avoid not giving me a free pizzafor my wait, when they promise things within a certain time frame. Funny how this happens when the manager isn't there. Theexcuse was 'i didnt see your name up there' - if I get one more bad experience I'm probably gonna end up switching to Marcos.I've been loyal to Domino's for years but the Madisonville store is really testing my loyalty. I have been a long time customer...I didn't fuss when I started being charged a delivery fee and was still expected to tip...I... didn't fuss as prices went up and toppings thinner...but to select a coupon and order exactly what the coupon says and then becharged extra with no explanation is the final straw. Domino's, you have lost a loyal customer. Read more
Deluxe pizza barely had any toppings on it. Had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. Definitely not worth it. Girl making pizza... had no gloves on. Dressed very unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN Read more
Easy to revise order until happy with it. East, convenient checkout. Tried some different toppings, and it was wonderful. Had... thin, crispy crust, and cheesy bread with spinach and feta. Very good!!! Read more
