Honestly one of the slowest restaurants in Madisonville. The last 3 times I've been there's been something wrong with my order.... I used the points I've earned tonight to get a free 6 piece breadstick, and didn't even receive it in my order after waiting for10 minutes in the parking lot. Read more
Literally none of the tables and I mean none were clean. The cashier didn?t even acknowledge us when our food was ready she was... taking it to a whole different table. The whole time she stood behind the cash register not doing anything. And at 7 pm she cameover and said she had to block off the back section, well I would imagine considering your dining room is nasty. The tables wereso sticky and the floors were dirty, nothing and I mean nothing was stocked on the concession stand except straws. The drivethru lady was actually trying to clean and she was excellent but I can?t say the same for the cashier. Julia and Madison here at fazolis and the staff here is absolutely awesome. Great service and not along wait on times. I?m very... impressed with everyone?s attitude. Start with customer service. Incredibly shorthanded. The lady's was great, unfortunately the food fell very short. Pasta like... rubber. Pizza overcooked, lasagna undercooked, chicken alfredo was inedible had to be sent back. Second time pasta with stillrubbery but chicken was better. Every table still had food from the previous guests, the floors are dirty and nasty from foodand paper. Had to ask for towel and cleaner. Then clean my own table. Not worth the $27.00 that we paid to eat. Read more
