I went to this McDonald's in the drive through and they didn't have what I ordered so I just told them to give me a refund,... forget the item and the girl in the drive through handing out the food, kept saying bye have a good day over and over likewanting me to leave. I asked for a manager and got my refund but who does that to a customer like I wasn't even speaking. Read more
Can be slow but so far atleast they get my order correct compared to the other McD. I like how nice it is. Its fast. Normal... service so far. Go on breaks sometimes. Good food. Read more
Well, after 10 minutes of standing at the counter, I had to ask someone to come take my order, rather than just "hey, sorry," I... got to hear how it wasn't her job to do that, and how she was supposed to be putting orders together, and the manager wassupposed to be taking orders, but she had disappeared, so, she supposed she could take my order. Normally, I wouldn't leave a bad review for waiting a bit on my food. As a former McDonalds employee, I know that things happen,... and sometimes you have to wait. But this has happened 3 days in a row. I came to the drive thru on my lunch break, and waited(after paying) for 10 minutes. I was told at the pickup window that I would be waiting 90 seconds for the bacon to finish for mysandwich and waited 8 minutes total after that point. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I barely had time to eat and return towork. There were plenty of workers and the line was not long. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be stronglyrecommending others to do the same. Read more
