They always either don't cook it long enough or it's burnt but usually it's raw dough on the pizza
I ordered cheese sticks and got breadsticks delivered. When I called the restaurant I was told that the correct item would be... delivered right away. It never arrived. I called back asking for a refund back into my card and they would not refund, insteadthey asked me to come in tomorrow to pick up the money. I demanded that I be refunded my tip amount as well since the servicewas terrible. This is extremely inconvenient and I will likely never order from papa John?s again. Nor will I recommend thispapa John?s to anyone I know. Read more
I would give a lower review if possible. I went in to pick up my pizza and had the absolute worst experience. Manager/employee... was EXTREMELY RUDE and not helpful (card machine messing up they didn't tell me until my 5th attempt). There pos card machinelocked my card up. I left with no food & no way to get food because of this place. Read more
Best standard pizza joint in town. Always tastes great and get great customer service from Collin. Only downside is they have... some Indian call service now. Can?t understand nor trust them. Just ask to speak to an American and they?ll transfer you to the actual store. Read more
