My sister and her now husband had their rehearsal dinner here last Thursday. I believe there was about 33 people altogether. The... service was amazing. The food was also amazing. I think I had the best cosmopolitan I’ve ever had in my life, and I bartendfor several years, and at the end of the night the waiter brought the two little ones one was my daughter, a desert, which wasunexpected. She gave him the biggest smile when she saw her three scoops of ice cream that I think she made his night and hemade her night. The only complaint that I have was that my sister, the bride was up talking to guests throughout the evening andher dessert, and her appetizer, which were both untouched or taken away from the table without asking her and thrown out that tome is totally unacceptable Read more
We had the best time. The steaks were huge and cooked perfectly! The seasoning wasn't what I am use to but I'm Cajun! The onion... rings were amazing and huge as well! We also had the stuffed mushrooms and a couple drinks. Watch out though the drinks are thereal deal and will knock you on your behind. My wife and I ate here for our 11th anniversary and the food was amazing. All of the server's did a wonderful job and were very... polite. For the appetizers we had spinach and crab dip that was outstanding and had plenty of crab meat in it.My wife had thepetite steak that was delicious and cooked to her liking. We always sit at the bar and have a great time! Great food and Great drinks are what you should expect, and Keith Young’s... delivers with consistency and style. We love the classic bar and great bartenders at Keith Young’s. Their menu is filled withseafood choices and they have one of the top soft shell crabs on the Northshore. Always ask for this dish, not on the menu. Theduck egg rolls are a unique twist on the classic. Plenty of duck in the roll and a sweet and spicy sauce accompanied theappetizer. We completely enjoyed our experience at Keith Young’s Steakhouse. I made a last minute reservation through Open Table. We... arrived a few minutes early and were promptly seated. Our waiter arrived shortly afterward and began walking us through themenu. Fresh, hot bread was served while we considered our initial selections. The wine selection was really good. Inparticular, there is a great selection of reds and whiskeys. For starters, we enjoyed the calamari and the tomato soup. Thesoup was particularly interesting as it was not acidic and had a nice roasted tomato flavor. For entrees, we had redfish, paneed veal, and crab meat au gratin. The redfish was very fresh. The crab topping and sauce complemented the fish well. Thefish was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The crab and veal dishes were enjoyed. The veal portion was substantial. We added aside broiled tomatoes. They were topped with parmesan and crustini crumbs, which paired nicely with the fish. For dessert, wehad bread pudding, raspberry sorbet, and chocolate mousse. The sorbet had an incredible intense raspberry flavor- very good. The bread pudding was decadent, and the mousse was sweet and creamy. The service was top-notch. Our waiter was friendly andinformative. The supposing staff ensured our waters were always filled and that the table was uncluttered. The owner walkedaround and met with us as we finished up - he was very nice and personable. The maitre d’ even remembered to wish me a happybirthday as we exited, which underscored the extraordinary attention to detail. This is definitely one of the best restaurantson the Northshore.
