The food was good. But the service wasn't that great. There were not many people in line. It wasn't that busy. But we still had... to wait a long time to have someone take our order. Than a long time to complete our order. Read more
Apparently they don't sell chicken biscuits but they will make you one, it's not even on the menu..? Who doesn't display chicken... biscuits on the menu? That unAmerican, when I asked what kind of chicken, meaning what size piece, they said it's fried.... Imeant what size but thats my fault, so had to wait while they made the chicken biscuit which is fine, then I get this thin pieceof chicken, kinda like the McChicken biscuit at McDonald's, wasn't at all what I was expecting, they should consider making achicken biscuit like Hardee's or the crispy chicken biscuit like at McDonald's, wasn't Impressed at all. I walked in and ordered 8pc nuggets and they were cold, old. Nobody is really inside, so why would you give me some cold food... that Nobody will eat. Horrible service. These people working this burger King definitely don't care about the consumers thatcome to their store and spend our hard earned money. To the manager, we deserve better service. This is the second time eating here in two weeks, I thought the first time was just a side effect of staffing difficulties, and... possibly being busy. I was most definitely mistaken. The place was completely deserted. That should have been a big red flagfrom the beginning, but I didn't really notice that at the time. Once they handed my order out of the window it became readilyapparent why they were deserted. It seemed like we were an inconvenience on the staff just by showing up and ordering food. Whenwe did finally get food handed out it was clearly sub-par, and that is saying something when you are dealing with fast food.That style of food is generally sub-par to begin with, but this was pushing the limits. The french fries were overcooked, hardas a rock, cold as ice, and extremely salty. The chocolate milkshake was poorly mixed, if it could even be considered mixed atall. It was basically vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup squirted everywhere. There was probably half an ounce of chocolaterunning down the outside of the cup. My chicken fries were overcooked and rubbery. Of the two bacon cheeseburgers that wereordered plain ( as in hamburger on bun with bacon and cheese) both had some weird secret sauce that nobody could identify allover them. It would be fair to say if I could give zero stars I would have, but the cheese sticks that I ordered weresurprisingly good. The nuggets and coke freeze were acceptable. That and the fact that they actually got a sprite handed out thewindow without messing it up is what earned them the one star. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the staff'sclear lack of interest in performing their job, their overall lack of quality standards, and their general distaste for dealingwith customers. I also suspect that any positive reviews posted in the last six months were probably employees, their friends,or family members attempting to counteract the constant one star negative reviews they receive. Went to get a quick dinner. Service was less than terrible. Given a shake that was barely ¾ full. Food was made wrong and... tasted old. Staff was just all around unpleasant. Was even given totally wrong order for a different car to start with, withwhen took back and sat on the counter. ???????????????? Terrible experience. Does not recommend. Read more
