Been going there for years, suddenly last night they can?t add a patty to a burger, they can?t make sides for an order, and they... can?t give a drink that isn?t flat. Clerk rang up wrong order and overcharged me. Had to get refund and re ring. Then cook dropped my sandwich on the floor and had... to re make.
