I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had and I've been goin to this McDonald's since I was a little girl. I went in... last night paid 41.00 for our meal. We got home and the 3 meals plus two kids meals, I got was not done the fries wasn't fit toeat the burgers was pink along with the kids tenders tasting like they heated it in the microwave and the drinks to beat it allwas watered down so bad I we all had to pour them out. I called and told them about it as soon as I got home with the meal. Theysaid come back anytime to replace it. Well went in there tonight to get my food replaced and they said the manager didn't get myname and that Id have to wait till a other time. Then the girl at the counter thought she was gonna tell me that food was freshand I politely told her that she was crazy and it was nasty and that I would not even making a deal about it cause I'm not apicky eater. This business has poor management. They are always out of drinks bc someone doesn't order them. And they never follow... instructions. If you have any food allergies (ex: mustard), I would recommend you drive to the Vonore McDs. This place ignoresrequests to remove mustard, every single time. Read more

Horrible inside service. They concentrate too much on the lazy people that choose the drive thru, while the inside customers are... treated second rate. It's a catch 22 situation. Cater to the lazy for more sales, and wonder why the area employee pool isdecreasing ?....... Your business is actually creating the situation. Less people wanting to work. Great job promoting moreobesity though. The medical establishment loves you McDonald's! Okay, it's a well known institution. This review is to point out that your combo order, is automatically upgraded to large for a... surcharge. If the combo is listed at 8.69 and you charge 9.79, and a customer mentions that they do not want the large... don'targue or make excuses like " our prices have changed and the board does not reflect that. I could care less about my food being ice cold in the center, you get what you pay for. The real issue is the unbelievableattitude. Save your money, time, and taste buds. Has to be the WORSE McDonalds I have ever been to. Fries are normally old and cold.... Chicken nuggets are hard and funky. If you ask for something to not be on your sandwich 90% chance it will be there. There isalways something missing from your order, be it a straw to food and drinks. And if you bring this up to them it's "oh want freefood?" No, I want the meal I paid for not to taste like it's been sitting under your heat lamps for days. Management should bereplaced and or the whole staff. I refuse to return here.
