Great staff. Always great food. Always cooked the way you want it.
I visited waffle house tonight and ordered a simple breakfast, while waiting the cook could only cook one order at a time. After... making an order that was ahead of my she messed up the hash browns after the waitress called it out twice. After she wasapproached by the waitress about the hash browns she got and attitude with the waitress and was slamming things with a loudvoice in front of the customers. If she is in management she needs to go to classes on anger management. Also learn some peopleskills. I payed for my coke and walked out without letting the waitress call my order out to her. As a previous business ownerthis kinda of outburst and disrespect to fellow employees would never be accepted in my business. If not handled I will takefurther actions, no one deserves to be treated the way the waitress was tonight. Thanks and I really hope that someone caresenough to get this addressed. Read more
Can't put a zero, terrible terrible place. Came in to dirty tables and our server decided to clean after we sat and almost... sprayed my baby with chemicals. I order my child bacon and waffles but she didn't get her bacon. I wanted grits that I did notget either but a couple waitresses running thier mouths about relationships had no problem eating the bacon intended for mydaughter. I will charged for food I didn't get. We had to leave it was awful. As we walked out they said to each other that ifwe came back they would not serve us. Absolutely disgraceful, I will be calling the main office to report this. Read more
