I wasn't disappointed in this place but I wasn't overly satisfied either. I ordered the brisket plate with pinto beans and... potato salad. Everything was cooked correctly the meat was tender the potato salad was tasty the beans could have been a littlemore flavorful. It would be nice if they had a choice of barbecue sauces. It's worth a stop if you're driving through and wantbarbecue but I wouldn't make a special trip. Read more

Bucees is right across the street. I was looking up places to eat with more than 3.5 stars and came across this place. I pulled... up and only 4 cars in parking lot and literally 1,000 across the street at Bucees. We went in they have sides and bbq ready orthey can cook you something. My son got a burger and it was EXTREMELY GOOD and I got a steak and it was better than TexasRoadhouse. A little expensive but you get what you pay for ??????????? Pinto beans were good, not ranch style. Slaw was too wet but pretty decent. Sausage was fine. Ribs were good with sauce. Brisket... was disappointing. It shouldn't need sauce or salt and I added both. Read more

I thought I was pretty hungry but apparently they thought I was starving. Ordered a 1 meat rib plate for 13 incl tax and got 3... ginormous ribs and two sides. I felt like Fred Flintstone eating a brontosaurus rib. They were incredibly tender, huge andgood. Couldn?t even finish my sides.
