I just stopped here and went through the drive through and ordered a large Caramel frappe. I was the only person in the left... lane and only one car was on the right til we moved up and there was a couple more but no wait to order anything. The line movedquickly and the employee was friendly and kind. I wish every Mcdonalds I went into was like this one! Clean, staff was friendly, worked well together. A disgruntled drive... through customer who was unhappy and trying to start an argument with the manager left with a smile. The manager never lost herprofessionalism when attending this man. The mistake was he read the menu wrong and misunderstood a deal and after explainingthe issue calmly he finally understood. The ice cream machine was down when another customer came in and the staff @ the cashregister instead of just stating it was down and talked up several other types of drink. The two customers bought 4 of what wasdescribed instead of the original 2 they wanted. Read more
