I just stopped here for lunch and I was the only vehicle in line so obviously no wait which is great. They were fast at getting... my order out to me. The lad that took my order was nice and the same lady that passed me my food in which was presented verynicely. The back was folded with a sticker on it as to seal it closed. Very nice addition! Parking is open; plenty of parking.Also space for 18 wheelers to park even! I ordered a Pepsi, soft supreme taco and Supreme burrito and they taste amazing!They're full of the good stuff and served hot to me!! The lettuce and tomatoes was really fresh as well! And look at how myburrito is folded! Best fold ever ans in both ends! Full of flavor! I should've ordered more! Good job to this location! Read more

Only one person in front of me and it took ten mins to get the order. Slowest service I?ve ever had at TB. Even when I got to... the front, it took five more mins for my order to be revived. Read more

Overall I'd say okay. They cook it good and don't mess up orders BUT I went through the drive throu one night (drive thru sign... still on) about 15 minutes before closing (I know it's rude but it's still open) lights still on, few cars still there and noone would answer. I drove pretty far just to be pretty disappointed on not getting any tacos. Next time just turn of the sign! Read more

It?s kind of sad. We call this place the slow Taco Bell or the bad Taco Bell. On the other side of the neighborhood is another... Taco Bell/KFC. And they are always so fast and they always have the order right and they?re always so awesome. But if we?regoing out the side of the neighborhood to the other Taco Bell, the kids will complain ?not bad Taco Bell?. Because they?realmost always out of stuff, Or the burritos seem to have half the amount of beans and beef in it then other locations.. Theyalmost always get the order wrong. And it always takes more than 10 minutes to get my order. It truly seems to take forever.It?s very disappointing because I?m an old-school Taco Bell fan. And so are my children. Read more

I didnt even want to rate 1 star. First of all, the staff was not busy, second my order was with all the right ingredients, but... check this out......... I ordered a total of 15 burritos all of them looked like this. Very inconvenient considering we couldnot turn back around because we were passing thru to dallas. Lastly i called a total of 11 times no answer...so no correctionwas made. Thanks for the dough. ???????????????????? all 15 were exactly the same. Just dough mainly very little of anythingelse. The way the food was made was horrible! We?re vegetarian and we sub Beans for Beef and everthing was made correctly. But the... presentation was bad and the way they put the ingredients were horrible!! Everything basically tasted like tortillas only. Onthe Mexican pizza there was barely any sauce and barely any beans!! We literally ate tostada with cheese and tomatoes. Then thecrunch wrap and nachos were the same way. Barely had any ingredients. Then as soon as we got the food i asked one of the teammembers if they can please add more beans and sauce on the Mexican Pizza so the guy goes up to what seems to be a manager and ican hear her say ?what does he want? in a rude tone. Then she comes up to me and says ?we?re just doing our job and they told usto put this much so thats how much we?re putting? again in a rude tone. And respectfully i said ?ma?am I?ve been to a lot oftaco bells. I eat at one at least once a week and it has never been this poorly made? and she said ?we can?t do anything aboutit? and walked away. This was the worst food and the customer service was horrible and disrespectful. I asked for a GM numberand they made up excuses that i can call the number on the receipt or call headquarters.
