Ah man, what a horrible experience and this rating has more to do with management than the workers. Drive thru was closed but no... signage until you pull in causing chaos in the parking lot. None of the touch screens were working and some workers in the backwere standing there doing nothing, I watched one kid ask "What can I help with?" about 8 times and no one answered him. Read more
The staff at this location is top notch. They are quick and thorough. Even working at half staff I felt they were more than... quick enough and twice the speed of the people working in the city. Keep.up the good work, will see you soon. Read more
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink and was asked to pull to the side because... they were "waiting for the meat to be ready" (do you not use the same patties on almost every burger?) which honestly, afterwaiting that long to get my over priced order-considering the wait- the meat tasted under cooked and the bun was slightly burnt.On the upside the drink was correct. I get the world is understaffed right now, but honestly did you not staff for the forecastwith it being a long weekend plus the Tweed Jamboree?! Read more
As usual what was in the bag was not what was ordered. One of our super sized fries was a medium sized fries placed perfectly... upside down. This makes your bag full of fries. Also they gave us 2 medium fries and not 2 super sized fries which we paid forand the bill indicated that. The drive through menu was broken. When I tried to explain that the menu was broken the staff keptinsisting that they did not have chicken snack wraps. After about 2 minutes of this kind of broken communication we drovedirectly to the cash window to place the order. We explained the menu was broken and they promptly confirmed this fact. Weplaced our order, was told to park. Nobody came to deliver any food so after 15 minutes we went inside and asked about ourorder which was lost. Fearing further arguments I paid for the order again went outside and waited another 10 minutes when wewere greeted with a smile and an incorrect order with the upside down fries and no straws, ketchup (which we asked for) and ofcourse par for the course at McDonald's no napkins. Fast service and busy place. Dinning area and condiments counter is well cleaned and stocked. Need to focuse more on its... restrooms. Walls and sinks look like they have not had a deep clean in a long time and the toilets is not there fault customersneed to better plan use of it. But they should be getting a washroom scrub every 2 hours for the high turn over this place has. Read more

I haven't gone into a McDonald's in a couple of years (usually just drive-thru, but went inside to use the washroom while on a... road trip and found everything to be clean and efficient. Food was hot and quick and the washrooms were clean and well stocked. Read more
