Best service and food options. Staff are loveliest and so patience despite of busy location. The location needs more people... during weekend as staff were overwhelming by customers. Best thing is Tim started is veggie option for food, as due to manyreason health or personal such a satisfying to find veggie bowl and wrap is the saver. Good job Tim ????. If you place a mobile order they will only serve you DEAD LAST. You have to wait for the store to be empty before they start to... make what you mobile ordered. It's supposed to be an easier and faster way to order but it actually takes extra long and themany, many staff behind the counter will not acknowledge you're there, again, until the store is empty of all other customers.You might have to wait for 25 different people to walk in, order, get served, and leave: before staff cautiously and timidlyasks you why you're standing under the "MOBILE ORDER PICKUP" sign. I was going in 4-5 times a week and never had a differentexperience to this. The last time I was in and this happened I called the store and got an "assistant General manager" who toldme it was simply too busy for the staff to serve me when I came in that day. Terrible customer service, it would be completelydifferent if just one person would just say "Hi welcome to Timmy's someone will be right with you" but no. McDonald's is rightacross the street. I want to start by saying that the supervisor I dealt with was very nice and I appreciate her taking my call. My husband and I... had a long day so we grabbed "timmies" on the way home. Ordered a chicken wrap for each of us a bagel for my toddler Tim bits for dessert etc. Our iced coffees needed a good stir as usual but that isnt why the one star. Especially since anyone who getsiced coffees naturally expects it to not be stirred well as that is a standard tim hortons has allowed. My husbands wrap wasfine the lettuce needed to be removed as it had black wilted spots mine on the other hand I was shocked in all honesty I'm notsure who the employee even got it into the packaging! There was almost no wrap literally it was torn up and missing I tookpictures if I can get them on here I will. It was horrendous we waiting until we got home to eat otherwise I would have goneright back in it I was 15 mins away so I called the supervisor offered to replace it but I only called to let her know she shecould chat with the employee they get paid do to a job and no matter what the job it should be done right I work for my money Idont like throwing it away. I and toast and a timbit for supper since my wrap was just outrageous my lettuce was also blackspotty to advise check the food quality before leaving parking lot. And make them stir that iced coffee for you. This was one of my favourite places to stop on my way to Ottawa. I was very disappointed the other day when I walked into the... washroom and saw it in such disrepair and noticeably dirty. I did get my mobile order and it was delicious but not sure if Iwill return until I know this problem is cleaned up. Read more
