Casey's in Madrid use to be great. Now with new management we have had awful service and our take out orders have been wrong.... Bad thing is I don't want to drive to Slater or Granger for Casey's pizza. Please get it right and be friendly. You work incustomer service it should be a given. Read more
I've giving this place MANY true. I walk in order a pizza, (ordered with lite sauce) was asked if I was waiting or coming back,... said I'd just wait. Told 20 minutes and it's be ready. I pay for my pizza, and drink. Walk back in 20 minutes later and theyhave not made it yet, was told they were working on it. The workers in the kitchen seemed more content on chatting with theirfriends that were in store than anything else. Get home and the pizza dis not have lite sauce. Let's just say, here on out I'lldrive to another town. Will not be coming back to this Casey's. Sad workmanship, and very poor customer service. Read more
Little kids running a store, no manager is ever availble. Not trained well at all. I asked to speak to a higher representative,... I was told ?she is sleeping.? They didn?t know how to honor a coupon. Train your kids better.. you?d make more sales. I will betalking to corporate. Read more
