This was my first time ever coming to a Waffle House! It was the best experience and the best damn pecan waffle I've ever... tasted! The waitress and I had a laugh about the pronunciation of "pecan". My daughter and i had a very enjoyable experience in this store. My daughter has ADHD and missed her meds today. She was very... energetic. But she was treated with love and respect by everyone including the other patrons!! Our server was Holly and sheserved us with professional style service. She took our order promptly even though the store was packed. Our meal was preparedperfectly to our specifications. Holly kept an eye on us and made sure we didnt run out of anything. Everyone knows these typeof restaurants dont pay the hoghest of wages but all the staff performed as if they were paid a 5 star restaurant wage. I wouldrecommend this store to everyone. This was the best waffle house I've been to so far. I am so amazed by the service. I got my order in a short amount of time. I... got the pork chop meal and I am glad I chose it. It came with two pork chops, salad (which can be substituted for anotherchoice) , hash browns, and a piece of toast. The food was perfect. It was warm and was cooked right. I love waffle house and will most likely give this place another shot because all of my issues were mostly with the waitress.... She told our party of 2 that we were her last table and she wanted to go home so bad at least 10 times. She never refilled ourdrinks, started trying to clear our plates while we were still eating and then yelled across the restaurant to us asking if wewere ready to check out so she could go home. Our Waffles were so thin, I've never had a waffle like that before. Our hashbrownswere good but that the only nice thing I can say about today's visit. Read more
