The girl that helped us out tonight was very rude. She was wearing a black shirt that said master trainer. I politely mentioned... to the girl checking me out that she charged me for chips and queso $5.99 and a side of queso when all I got was a side ofqueso. The master trainer girl rudely told me ? it was just a mistake? and then rolled her eyes at me and walked off. Totallyuncalled for and terrible customer service. It saddens me that this is your master trainer. All the employees saw her do that sothis is the example she?s setting. Also bits of the rice were hard. Horrible experience. First online order. Won't ever gdo that again. Ordered 2 salads online. Did not request avocado on... salad. It does not give you the option of any avocado or guacamole. I'm highly allergic. Got salads with tons of avocado.Discovered after 2 bites because it was buried under the lettuce. Husband took back order for a refund. They said it wasn'tthere fault because the order didn't say no avocado. It doesn't give you that option but apparently that's besides the point.The manager decided to give us a refund this one and only time. These guys are getting so cheap with their meat. I ordered a sweet pork burrito and maybe got 3 pieces of meat. I ordered... chicken quesadilla and got the same 3 pieces of meat. This is my FAVORITE location of Cafe Rio's. There staff is extremely considerate & always pay attention to details of your food... & what you order. Plus I always feel I get a little more food at this location. It's more out of my way then two otherlocations, but it's worth it. Correct food & more portions? Yes please! Read more

It seems like Cafe Rio is pushing to decrease costs beyond acceptable. This location especially, went in got a sweet pork... burrito extra meat, extra cheese, extra sauce.. This was it... not only is it smaller than most burritos I've had from Cafe Rioin the past but the "Enchiladas Style" with extra everything didn't even cover the top of the burrito.. It's unacceptable I paidnearly 15$ for a burrito that was maybe as good as a 5$ burrito from Taco Bell.. Read more
I have tried this location 3 times now. Not once had my order been right unless I have gone in. Tonight the cheese is super thin... and watery it is truly unedible. waste of 6 dollars on that. . Other times the chicken has been dry and and nasty like it wasvery old. Even if you have to drive go out to the one on 56th west. Much more consistent there Read more
