This McDonald?s deserves no stars. I usually order on the app and had two bad experiences with them. The first one I paid on the... app and they said they never gotten anything. Even when I tried to show them the receipt and the order on the app, even mycheckings account which they pulled money out of they still denied getting anything and told me to call CS and shut the windowon me. Still haven?t gotten my money back. Second time they charged me twice. Paid on the app but the cashier told me he didn?tget anything so I paid with my card. Got home and checked my bank account and seen I got charged twice for my order. Called CSagain and they told me they?ll give me a call back the next day. Never got a call or my money back. They literally robbed me.Most of the time my order is always missing something and when I park for curbside it usually takes over 15-20 mins to get myfood. Worst McDonald?s in the state. Went through the drive-thru at 1130pm? got immediate attitude when we were told ?tell them what we want now.? And when we gave... our order, two combo meal #1?s? we got silence. So we say ?hello,? ready to give our drink choices?. and immediately receive thesnottiest reply, ?waiting on your order!? So we say the combo number again, that we want two of them. Silence again. Again, wesay ?hello?? And we get snapped at! ?Sir, you?ve been saying hello, hello, hello, hello, and I?m sitting here waiting on you totell me what you want to go with your combo.? We stared at the screen because nothing was on there & we just said screw it. Wewent to Arby?s where we were politely asked to place our order when ready, asked about sizes, sides, drinks? pleasant experience& this McDonald?s obviously has some spiteful workers who prefer to turn customers away. Very rude service. I asked for the cactus meal, old lady just said No. I was like "hello, hello, hello" she finally yelled what... I told you no we don't have it you can go, like I couldn't just order a ten piece nugget. I had to drive up to the window andlady had a completely different attitude Read more
I have been here a few times and only had my order messed up once and the manager was polite which is rare for a McDonald's and... got it taken care of. The Mobile app works well for them and have never waited more then 5 min when placing a order through theapp in the pick up. The employees don't seem to be warn down like other McDonald's as well must be good training and mangers.Food taste the same as others which is speaks to McDonald's consistency. Read more
McDonald's in Magna has very poor customer service. I told you place my order and in the middle of it they tell me to order when... I was ready. They also proceeded to carry a conversation with other staff while I was trying to order a second time. This isn'tthe first time this type of thing has happened there. After all of this I left and drove to different location. They got myorder perfect the first time. Read more
????They?re cheeseburgers taste like they always have. So in today?s world I just throw out one of the buns and enjoy your... fourth stack. It?s about the only place I found that I can get that old traditional flavor of a cheeseburger.???? Read more
Dude at the front desk gave a definite " I couldn't give a flying flip about you or what you want, and seemed to get pleasure... out of finding ways to not give me what i was asking for. Nonetheless his manager was very sweet and made up for his attitude.Iguess I'll give him a break, he works in fast food for Christ sake, super super hard work and they don't get paid enough. This McDonalds experience was absolutely awful!! 4/5 of my Big Macs didn?t even have delicious Big Mac sauce!! I am so Done with... this place. The stalls in the restroom were unable to accompany my large body, and the toilets were unable to hold my girthyframe. The employees were very rude and said ?you can?t eat the happy meal toy!? Just thinking about makes my cholesterol boil!!I need a Burger. Anyway, when I walked into the play place to have a joyous time with the children, but the employees said ?kidsonly?, but then I said I identify as child, and promptly strode in. As I walked out of the store, the customers called the firedepartment because my large body had gotten stuck in the door. I rode home and am now writing this review.
