We ordered pizza the first time and got the wrong order so they gave us a credit for that pizza so when we decided to try again... and use this credit we got the wrong pizza again two times in a row? They obviously don't care if they get your order right it'sa joke open the box and look at the pizza to make sure your costomer is getting the right pizza. Placed an order online for two promotional items through the Deals menu. The total at the checkout page was the correct amount,... however upon receiving my receipt I noticed I was charged full price for everything. I did not notice this until after bringingthe pizza home, so I contacted Pizza Hut customer service in order to try to get this issue corrected. Customer service gave mean answer which had nothing to do with my question, and did not solve my issue. I responded to their email, reiterating my issuein that I wanted a refund for the promotion which was not applied to my order, and since then, Pizza Hut customer service hascompletely ghosted me. I have no idea what's wrong with their online ordering system but after some searching, I discovered thatthis same issue has happened to others, and it doesn't seem like Pizza Hut is concerned with fixing whatever technical issuecauses this to happen, or refunding orders which were charged the wrong amount. Worst pizza experience I?ve tried and tried to give this location a chance. At this point with the costs and taking forever to... deliver. I?m done with Pizza Hut. $30 is ridiculous for a 3 topping pizza, especially when there?s cardboard baked into thepizza. Read more

I ordered my pizza at 2pm and they told me they will deliver with in an hour. 2:30 hours went buy and still no pizza. I called... the store to talk to a manager and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and they still didn't answer. I will not never order fromthem ever again. Pizza Hut needs to hire people who take this business and job seriously and not have bunch of loosers work anddisrespect customers and not deliver their food. It's so frustrating to call your local pizza shop to only be sent a dictorty of customer service representatives that aren't... even in the same country, state nor town!!! Now tell how me how I am supposed to talk to a team member on how to fix my orderwhen supposedly my call has been sent to the local store but ino will pick up the phone?!? How am I supposed to get this fixed..I've been sent to four different directories one different local store to only be told that that one I supposedly order fromcloses at 8:00 and its a franchise, there is nothing no one can do why pizza hut? I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered pizza tonight at 5:53. It's 7:35 and still no pizza. We have called numerous of... times just to be on hold for longer than 10 ,min. I just want to know where my food is at that I ordered of get a refund. Neverorder from here again. They have lost my business completely. Read more
