I?m giving it a 5 simply because of the manager and how much she helped me. I hate that I didn?t get her name! We got to sonic... close to 9pm, we ordered our food through the app and had MAJOR ISSUES. Called the magnolia sonic 12 times and never got ananswer. (Found out their phones are not working)We asked to speak to the manager, she came out to talk about our order and letus know that they did have chicken strips even though the app said they were out of them. We had order burgers in place of thechicken, and she let us change it back to the strips and was super nice the entire time. Then she delivered us our orderherself, read off what we got and waited until we checked our entire order before the left us. She was absolutely amazing! Iwish We had gotten her name! She?s the perfect example of a manager!! And has EXCELLENT customer service, and we will definitelybe back to that sonic JUST because of HER! Read more
Food is what you would expect, although the blasts sometimes don't get all of what I ordered, like hot fudge with extra hot... fudge, and not get any fudge. But the ice cream is still good. Read more

Was on a 30 minute lunch break on a 13 hour day of work..decided to give sonic some of my money. I ordered chili cheese tots and... a slush. Waited 10 minutes and nothing..waited another 5 and saw a car that pulled up after me with much more food getserved..at this point I was concerned, and was worried I would not have time to eat..so I push the button to check on myorder..no response..I push it again no response. I look up the store number and it literally rang 50 times..no answer! Trycalling one more time..and no answer. At this point I have 5 minutes to get back to work. I have already paid with a card mindyou. I call headquarters and reported it on my way back to work. They said I would be refunded. I will dispute the charge ifnot. And I will not go back. This place has poor customer service and I will NOT be returning. I spent $24.37 for a #3 & #5 and I substituted one drink for a... Double Oreo Blast. When the car hop Megan brought the food to the car she quickly received the cash payment and walked backinside the building. I immediately looked in the bag to check the order and the #3 was missing. I called back inside to notifythem that I didn?t receive the whole order. Megan came out a total of 3 times to argue that the food was made. All I know isthat I did NOT receive it. After waiting 4 minutes for the order to be made Megan ONLY brought out the burger. I had to catchher before she walked back in to tell her that she didn?t give me fries. She then walked off fast in a hast as if I was gettingon her nerves. I then had to wait another 4 minutes for her to bring the fries out. I placed my order at 9:25 pm but didn?t getto leave with a complete order until 9:51 pm. Do NOT come to this location and have to deal with BAD attitudes while you spendyour hard earned money. *edit* Since when does a small order of onion rings only contain 4.5 onion rings? Our latest visit was just WEIRD. We ordered 2... drinks and 2 appetizers. Our order was correct and delivered in a timely manner, but the carhop acted very strange. They came tothe vehicle mumbling unintelligibly, but loudly and confidently. They dropped a few dollar bills, picked them up, and headedback inside without giving us our change. Is this some sort of joke that I'm not understanding, or a way to make extra "tips,"or what? I eat a Sonics all over the place and some are better than others. Today was exceptionally good. The service was wildly fast. My... server was very cheerful and polite. I know how hard customers make it on them these days. My sandwich looked like the pictureoff the menu. Someone takes pride in their work. It was even wrapped very neatly. Noticeably so. My meal sack was packed so thatnot a single frie escaped its container. Everything was hot and fresh. There was two napkins, two ketchup packs and one salt andone pepper pack. It don't get any better than that. Of course there was my peppermint candy too. If every business/job conductedthemselves as well as this ( from Window Washer to NASA Engineer) we would be living in a amazing world. Read more
