Changing my rating from 5 to 1 star. Since opening and operating for some time now, service has declined dramatically. Dont... bother ordering ahead via online or mobile app, you won't be serviced unless you enter the building yourself. I waited for 10minutes past my estimated wait time, only with drive-through customers continually served. When i finally went inside, i foundmy order was ready, sitting in a warming box, though when i asked how long it had been sitting, noone would answer me. Never been to another Whataburger but this one is terribly slow. Not sure if they are still trying to knock the new off or... what. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner expect to wait. Food is fine, but if you're in a hurry go across the street to Wendy's. Read more
Menu needs clarification. Such as, what condiments are on each sandwich. Makes ordering for first-time diners easier and less... confusing. Otherwise, my experience was GREAT! Employees were friendly, patient and helpful! Read more
We stopped in on our way to Hot Springs for the night to get breakfast and ended up with a banana shake too.. Oooooooweeeee!!!... That shake was so good that we couldn't wait to come back the next day to get another one!!.. No breakfast or food just a bananashake!!.. You gotta get you one!! Read more
The burgers were soooo good! It was a little pricey for cheeseburgers? and the guy said it wasn?t extra when in fact they charge... you for two slices? on a double cheeseburger. He also stated that the onion rings weren?t extra in a combo meal but they were!But it is a new restaurant so we understand people just didn?t know? until it was put in the system! Read more

The people at the window have always been pleasant...The problem is the food. Honestly, it's do to the lack of care in the... handling and making. It is consistently going downhill. At one point the burgers weren't completely wrapped (on multipleoccasions) and all the vegetable were at the bottom of the bag. So I stopped doing business with them. This morning I went backand ordered biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was wonderful...but the gravy was old, as if it had been sitting for awhile. It wasa dark color with a layer of grease on top.
