This mcdonald?s has been very unsatisfactory over the past few days. First of all, as told by the gm, they HAVE all day... breakfast even though some employees claim they won?t. I?m not sure of her name but the overnight manager lady is very creepy.She will stare and smile at you. She also failed to provide good customer service. My Husband stopped to get breakfast at 4:30 AM on 2 different days.The 1st time the employee at the drive up window sounded like... they just woke up and said they didn't have what he wanted. So he drove away.the 2nd time he went same person said can I helpyou and when my husband tryed to order she then said Oh we don't have anything but what's on are night menu. I was there 20 min ago because they forgot my mcgriddle but they charge me $40. I went back to get my mcgriddle and they give me... $10 back and then they charge me back AGAIN FOR THE mcgriddle THEY FORGOT! The cashiers were RUDE! My chicken sandwich was fresh and juicy during lunch time. The parking lot is chaotic at times which is why I took off a star.... My order was ready in no time despite the drive-thru being backed up. Update 9/30: chicken in mcchicken were small and dry. -1star. Read more
Consistently the best McDonald?s the grease is always clean the fries are always great the food is always right the managers... always pleasant. The downside is they remodeled and they took away all the parking and all the booths that us senior citizenscould all meet up and have breakfast together now there?s counters screwed into the wall nobody sits in there they pushed us outof their parking lot and out of the inside with lack of seating however this locations food far surpasses the one in Deptfordthe one in Deptford is always burnt. The parking lot can be a bit of a hassle to navigate during peak hours with the drive through boasting wait times of up to a... half hour to order. During the non peak times, the staff is kind and really through. My order has always been correct, sauceand all. I've had numerous times when I have pulled up to the drive through speaker and had no one answer. I had said hello acouple times during about a 5 minute wait before someone answered the speaker. ???? Horrible customer service. Never been more disrespected at a McDonald's in my life. "Paige" the shift manager lied to me and... told me my order didn't come through when I could see it on the screen and got mad because she was caught in her lie. I was verykind and yet treated so terribly. This McDonald's has 3 stars for a reason. Extremely rude and ignorant. Not the first time ihave had problems there and after this experience i will never be returning. I would rather drive 100 miles out of my way toavoid that location. Read more
Order is wrong 8 out of 10 times. Always check before leaving the drive thru. And if you tell them something's missing instead... of just making it right, they Staff starts arguing loudly and blaming eachother. Management needs to gain control. Read more
