Nacho fries are cold and they screwed up two other items. Gave me chicken instead of steak and smothered my taco in sour cream... when I didn?t ask for it. This is how they filled the cheese. Read more

The staff is great here! Very helpful with their patience and knowledge when making an order. There was one day, when the line... was a bit long during a peak hour, and the employees were outside taking drive through's orders via tablet. I forgot the name ofthe burrito I wanted to get (the menu wasn't in front of me) and the nicest employee got me set up with exactly what I wanted! Read more

If there was another Taco Bell nearby, I'd refer to this one as "the bad taco bell". I don't think they've ever gotten my order... right in the 5 years I've been getting food from them. If you order from the drive through, check your bag before you pull away,because they always screw it up. Extra side? Missing. Less lettuce? Forget about it. Chalupa? Stale bread. Crunchwrap? Missinghalf the filling. Taco? Cold before you open it. How can they keep screwing this up??? In my last three trips: the first wasmissing cinnamon twists, the second was missing an extra taco and a drink, and the third, we were handed beef (instead of steak)on our burritos, and the dessert was missing. I love Taco Bell, but this place is just sad! Read more

This taco bell never gets my order right but it's only one close to my house and I refuse to drive over 20 minutes away to the... next one. I always get two tacos with no lettuce and a chicken quesadilla with extra jalapeño sauce. I've been going to thislocation for 4 years since I moved here and I'd say only twice was my order correct. My order is never made correctly and I'malways too afraid to ask them to fix it because I don't want to upset anyone. The one time I did go up to them (it was a largeorder and every single item was messed up, as well as being given items we didn't even order), the female manager on shift gotsnotty and said that she made the order and got sarcastic when she asked what was wrong. After showing her that literallyeverything was wrong she changed her attitude but yeah. Poor attitude depending on the time of day, food is almost always wrong,don't go here if you are particular about your food being correct. Read more

Basic Taco Bell experience. Employees doing their best with what they have to work with. 2 Digital touch screen menu ordering... options when you walk in worked marvelously & revealed menu options i never knew existed. Most impressive. Read more

I ordered a chicken quesdilla meal. But I'll tell you what, they knew I just wanted tortilla and cheese. And they also knew knew... that the taco included shouldn't have meat. And guess what.... the sauce I ordered, they knew better. I didn't actually wantit. These employees know so much better than what the customer wants Read more

I am referring to Taco Bell on White Horse Pike in Magnolia! The staff and manager was amazing on this day. Very professional.... Manager walked the floor asking how everything, need anything else? You do not see that kind of customer service these days!Food was perfect, fresh, & correct! I would greatly appreciate this staff. I will drive past 3 Taco Bell?s to stop at this one! Read more
