Ok, the place is nice and all to go and get a snack or drink from the coffee/drink bars. Although I will say that the service is... a bit slow sometimes or the sandwich will just come out bland. Still a nice place though. Read more
I feel terrible for leaving this 1 star review but in all honestly, the amount of sheer mistakes and incompetence at this... location is wild. Instead of telling customers they are out of products they just leave off what they are out of and send it onits way. I ordered a turkey classic hoagie, with lettuce, onions, sweet peppers, SPO, and pepperoni. What did I get? Pepperoni,turkey, and onions, that's it. This sandwich wasn't even remotely close to what I anticipated and I paid full price. It suredoes feel great to be ripped off. Idk if they were out of lettuce and peppers but does it matter? Tell the customer! I don'twant to go home and open my sandwich to see this laughable excuse of one and then write this review. I'll say it again, sheerincompetence at this location. Read more
So very disappointed, went in at 9:17am on a Saturday morning to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich, I believe their were 2... turkey ones out. When I asked if any more were coming out, I was told no, but if I wanted one special they would make it... Is9:17am late for a Saturday morning? Read more
Delivery drivers are treated like second class citizen at this location, I could see the food ready at the counter, they could... just pack it and give it to me, but they would just make us wait and make walk in customer's order first. They should completethe order and move to next one. Read more
I gets its convenient to get food here but if you are out of salsa then just tell the customer dont go putting what im guessing... is cooked onions to replace the salsa. At that points its like trying to cheat the customer out of a product they have paid for. Read more
