My all time favorite subway. Staff is exceptional.
Food is often great, and for the most part, staff at this location were polite for the past 5 years. However, we had a bug... where the Subway website and app didn't work properly. That bug lead to us being charged 2x for an order which was neverfulfilled (no food given). That would be coporate's fault, rather than this locations. However, the handling of the problem bythe manager and owner of this specific location were definitely less than ideal. The manager was quite rude, and the ownerdidn't seem to be in a hurry to make it right with the customer. In addition to taking more than a week to get a refund, wenever received an apology. That interaction makes me heistant to give this location a 5-star review, even though the food hasgenerally been "good". Read more
Arrived at 7:50pm pm only one employee working. We didn?t leave with our food until 8:25pm definitely order ahead since he made... to go order in front of us while we waited. . Read more
Placed online order at 5:50pm said it would be ready at 6:10. I arrive at 6:10 to find my order not ready waited 35 mins ... Watching them make my food they forgot my bacon. They did not ready I said lightly toast the bread. They did not know how tomake a salad so while waiting for them to figure that out my food sat on the counter getting cold. This place sucks. The food is pretty good, and the staff is moderately fast. My only true concern is the pressure they put on Ryan there... sometimes, but otherwise, everything is great. I recommend this place for anyone...Unless you?re the person who likes to come inat their closing times ???? Read more
website says they were open til 9 closed at 7 asked for breakfast bmt stated they couldnt do it unless they charged me extra and... ultimate bread can only be the white italian bread this is the only subway ive been to that couldnt do either of the subs iwanted Read more
Every time I come here I have a great experience. The two women that work there during the day are very kind and fast.
They can never get an order right ! So rude every time!
