Food was good and fresh, clean facility. Disappointed in the drink offering to choose from, It's hard to believe that a food... establishment in Texas doesn't offer Ice Tea. The staff was courteous, but limited interaction, felt like they should havechecked on us at least once. Thank you for supporting veterans. I stopped in on Veterans Day and received a small order of wings and fries. While waiting... for my order I was observing the kitchen area without the prep cooks knowing it. I noticed that the cook dropped a paper bag onthe floor. He picked it up and threw it away. Again, he did not know that I was watching. I believe that when you do thesmall things correctly you deliver good food and service. The service was great as was the food!! I ordered 40 wings And two things of celery and carrots and they provides 2 small ranches. When I asked the manager for a 3rd... small ranch he said he would have to charge me for it. I then explained how tacky it was to provide 2 small ranch dipping saucesfor 40 wings and 2 things of celery and carrots. He refused to provide me with a 3rd ranch for all my food with out paying forit. Horrible, tacky, customer service. I will never eat at this makeshift Bdubs again. Over this company not providing a $.75ranch sauce. How cheep can they get. Avoid this place. It does not represent the wonderful dine in restaurants they have. Read more

I just want to say that I had decided to stop by for a quick bite and the customer service was exceptional! It looked like they... had quite the busy night but not only was I advised of the wait time, It felt like they served the food pretty quickly! Iordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches to go, and oh my was it delishhhh!!!! First bite had me wanting more! We?ll cooked! It wasfresh, crispy and smoking hot just how I like it! The ranch dressing was an added bonus with the fries! It was amazing! Audra,who was up front was very attentive, fast and took everyone who walked in to grab their order at ease and it was a pleasureinteracting with her!
