Upon arrival the lady taking order was polite. However, my sandwich was cold inside an out. So I took my little snack back... inside explain that it was cold. Associate hops off counter an says he will replace the sandwich in which he went straight tothe back. Didn't wash his hands or put on gloves. As I'm getting my sandwich the manager which is a tall color man walks in fromgas station. I explained to him that my sandwich was cold. Even though the young man in orange tried to replace my sandwich hedid not wash hands or put on gloves. The manager act careless. The associate says well I'm the cook an I just ate a burger notto long ago. I know the burger is hot cause I put my finger in it. This isn't the first bad experience I have had at thislocation. I always try to give 2nd chances.i won't be going back to this location. Please Make sure your employee's wear glovesan wash hands cause someone could end up extremely sick. Read more

10/19/22 This place is a nightmare. I do delivery for UberEats, and I had this mega awesome order come through at 10:25pm.... Deliver food a few miles for a $26 payout plus expenses. I looked online at their website said they stay open until 11:00pm fordrive thru. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN HOURS! Man inside the dark restaurant said they were closed. When I asked about theirhours posted online and on the door he shrugged me off and said they closed at 10pm, even tough all indicators say they are openuntil 11pm and I arrived at 10:32 pm. They are still accepting UberEats orders though. When I told him to turn off the Uber Eatstablet and to stop wasting my time and money, he said he had no control over it. I believe he's a liar, and he closed earlybecause the man I spoke to and his crew don't want to work. I bet he was still on the clock accepting pay, but closed early.Should be fired in my opinion. I am seeking restitution through UberEats for my monetary losses, and I'm going to get ahold ofthat locations franchise manager to make them aware of the inconsistent orders and lazy staff. If you are closed and aren'tgonna make any food turn off your UberEats order service. Me and some other drivers in the area are boycotting them and were allgonna leave 1 star reviews. Read more

Never thought I would like breakfast at Burger King. To our surprise their biscuit, croissant and egg, their has browns and... fried french toast are best. Enjoy early morning eats! Read more

1st you can't order untill you get to the drive thru window. It took 6 min to be acknowledge by the cashier which then she says... we aren't taking any orders since we are short staffed, not a hi, nothing, just that. I had place the order on the app. Shewasn't happy and told me to go wait at the front. It took over 45 min to get my order! Her excuse was is only 3 of us working,but my food was cold! So it makes no sense! BK needs to start paying employees better so they can keep them! Read more

Bad experience: - 90% of the time the icecream machine is broken - closing time is supposed to be at 10 pm and always is closed... at 9 pm keeping the drive thru ?open? till 10pm. Is you order throughout the BK app they won?t service you after 9:30 pm so youhave to claim your payment reimbursement in the app - If you arrive around 9:15 (drive thru) they won?t attend you but if youordered thru the app you have to honk and for sure the manager will attend you reluctantly. Wish I could give half a star for the cashier instead of the restaurant. This restaurant needs better employees.I waited for... about 10 minutes at the speaker to order my meal after ordering I have been waiting on my order for over 40 minutes in thedrive thru. Noticed several people come after me in the drive thru line and as well as inside the restaurant and still no order. I went into the restaurant after about 35 minutes from the time I ordered my meal and asked what?s taking so long. The femalecashier looked at me like I was inconveniencing her about asking where my order was, she then tried to make an excuse on why myorder was taking long ( I ordered 4 burgers, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks) not a big order. After I went back to my car towait a couple of minutes more for my order, the manager came out to apologize for my wait. Instead of the cashier letting meknow my ordered was accidentally taken by someone else they made me feel like they forgot and didn?t care about leaving outsidewaiting. This is the best Burger King around. I usually only eat breakfast here but it?s always nice and hot, and the hash browns are... always crispy. I usually get the same lady at the drive through and she?s always very nice. I give this place an A+. Read more

Absolutely the worst staff. Close whenever they want. Right now they are closed over an hour early, but still Accepting online... order even though no one is there to make the food. This is not the first time. Completely lazy! The staff and everyone workingat this place is garbage Read more
