I ordered TO-GO for the first time and I was treated by a respectful, great and cheery team. The door was opened for me and I... was given recommendations with a smile. They also give senior discounts for the family. I ordered a delicious salad, and thechipotle sauce was spicy, the barbecue sauce was tangy, and the ranch was smooth? so tasty! Me and my boyfriend came in yesterday after 3 months of planning on sitting down in a restaurant together because of anxiety. To... the server, the tall man with dark hair, thank you. Your laid back demeanor helped both of us calm our nerves. Customer servicedoesn't have to be robotic, and the laid back demeanor you had showed that you not only had everything under control, but thatyou also are level headed enough to work with several customers at once. My food took FOREVER to arrive and when it finally arrived I took a bite of my chicken crispers just to find out it was... basically raw and finally after waiting forever again they finally got me a new plate I ended having to take it to go from howlong it was taking and our waiter was also very bad he was just talking to the girls sitting in front of us and giggling halfthe time and when it came time for the check we found we were charged more than what we ordered and it took them forever to fixthat too. What a staff!!!! We had a large party and we were still accommodated! Our food was good and hot! The kids food was brought... first! (This here was a huge thing for me! Not may restaurant's will so this) when it came to pay the bill split 5 ways, it wasdone correctly the first time! Way to go Chillis! Read more
Service was lousy. Food wasn't much better. Most importantly was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Restroom, floors, bar top,... all need a good scrubbing. Even the silverware and plates needed help. We also suggested that a call to a pest control companywould be a good idea. Read more
Unfortunately it seems as though no manager was available to do what managers do, in assuring quality service to customers as... well as supervision of employees. Floors were dirty and riddled with trash from the front door to the back restrooms. Food tookforever to arrive, and then wasn?t cooked correctly. Holly took great care of me. Drink kept full, food was fast and tasty. When I couldn't eat it all to go help and payment... assistance also given. Thank you for the beginning to end service. It is sadly rare these days. Read more
