I have been coming here for years. It just seems to keep going down hill. I went through the drive-thru. Order and money was... taken by Raquel. I'm old school and believe in good customer service. Nowadays, we have to accept adequate apparently. ButTonight was far from it. She spoke so broken and quick but that's ok. After the order...al I heard was.."Firstwindow" Not...thank you, first window please"....or...."first window please"....just "first window" as if I'm ainconvenience. Then I paid Raquel. When she haded me the recipe she didn't say anything just a stare. So I said...I'm sothankful I came here. Still just stared. So I called. When a lady answered, I politely asked, whom am I speaking with. She said"well who is this. What do you want." I was floored...wow. I asked again for her name and she hung up. Customers need to stopgoing to places like this. Businesses get so big that the customers no longer matter. Ever. Good luck McDonald's. Read more

Did a drive thru order on the app because I lost my card. It was a buy a mcnugget or a double get one free. Food was quick and... perfect. Burger was made correctly because of my lactose intolerance i got my double with no cheese and because of my love fortomatoes two perfectly placed and sized tomato slices. My mcnuggets were hot and fresh and delectably crispy. Everything i couldask for in a meal. I hadn't eaten anything all day due to a 12 hour shift on black Friday (yay retail) this was EXACTLY what Ineeded to end the day. Was charged for a sweet&sour sauce which I did Not receive . Then when called back and relayed my disappointment the chicken... who answered the phone refused to give her name stating its against company policy and hung up. Needless to say I haven't been back there n won't be patronizing this particular McDonald's again. Read more

When they are busy, it takes forever to get through the drive thru, or getting my order by going inside. But the service has... always been good from the employees. I order on the app, and it is very rarely that I have issues with my order Read more

I have been living here for well over a year now. This place has not been able to make frappes for over a year. Which is... absolute bull because there is no way you haven't called someone in to fix it. So I have decided to call the district managerfor this store because I'm sick and tired of the staff being too lazy to get up and make stuff on their menu because they don'twant to. It's not just the frappes they have skipped out on, it's also some other menu items. If I didn't have a friend whoworked here telling me this, I would have continued blindly believing. I suggest always remember to ask for fresh fries. I hate getting home with 2 LG. And 1 kids fry and they be soggy and cold. They... are usually always very busy but line goes quick for the most part. Staff is friendly. Read more

We arrived late at night. I just was discharged from hospital. Mom and I wanted a good burger and everywhere else was closed. We... pulled in through the drive through and they told us it would take a several minutes as the food needed to be cooked. It wouldbe fresh and hot. I would have waited 30 minutes for a good hot burger and chips at that point. It did take several minutes andthe pictures reflect what we received. Everything was old and cold. What a disappointment. It was slopped together and justnasty. I was unable to eat it. I am NOT picky and can't bring myself to waste food. I just couldn't eat it. It was really bad. Ialways photograph everything I order as to confirm my reviews are as good or as bad as I say they are. I like to be accurate andfair. I take my reviews very seriously. This was a real disappointment. They recently remodeled the store but they need to workon quality. There is a serious issue that exist there. Read more
