Seems like they use a call center to take their orders for them that is way out of touch with the actual wait time that the... store is experiencing. We ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes and thepeople at the store said they had not even started on the order and that it would be another 30 minutes until it was ready. Read more

Would give zero stars if could. Took two hours to get ice cold pizza and a hot soda, asked for Parmesan got charged for a shaker... was given an already opened paper packet. Read more

I have been ordering my pizzas from here for a while. They are always fresh, made to order, and delicious! Staff has always been... friendly, efficient, and helpful. Great job all around! Read more

Pizza was good tho I ain't complaining there just thought it was funny that they didn't cut ut all the way

2 nights in a row tried to order, 1st night, they shared but said closed early. So called the following night much earlier... placed an order was told anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half and was fine with that as long as we had dinner and noone ever showed up or answered the phone after the hour and a half. Call the next day to complain and they said they would havetheir corporate office follow up within the next 48 hours and they never did it. Read more

I like Papa John's because their crust is usually the best of the non-northeast pizzas, but i do not recommend this location at... all. I've given them plenty of attempts but their dough/crust is always the worst (see picture). I'm assuming their dough is oldand over proved in the walk-in or left out too long or a combo of both? Not sure but, the crust is always hard, super high andlike 3 inches wide with all the sauce/ cheese n toppings pooled in the middle. I ate it because it was late n cold outside but atotal waste of money. They need better managers. Read more

I have to retract the good feedback I left. They delivered cold pizza and chicken wings. We called them and they wanted us to... pay half price for the wings. We called back and the manager was no help. She refused to replace the meal. We called theircorporate office. They stated someone from the store would call us which never happened. I'll just call my back and file adispute. I can get my money back that way. I'll never order from here again. Buyers beware!!! Food is cold and nasty. They couldcare less about it. Domino's or Pizza Hut are a much better option. Steer clear of this awful place. Read more
