We ordered dinner tonight and tried to use a credit from a former disappointing incorrect order that took over an hour and a... half to be delivered and was cold pizza with no Ranch included even though we were charged for it, and have now waited over anhour again. We called to check the status, and found out the current order either was not entered in correctly or delivered tothe wrong address. Bottom line they didn't have our order in queue. I stopped here to pick up dinner. When I walked in there were no employees visible from the seating area and no customers. ... After a minute or so a guy walked up from the back who was very nice but was a driver and not up to speed on the in storeoperations. I wanted to order food to go and have a beer while waiting. I asked for a menu and was told he didn't know wherethey keep them. No menu was on display either. I placed my order by somewhat of memory (it's a pizza and wing place). I orderedone medium pizza, 12 wings and a pasta bowl. To drink, I ordered one fountain drink and one beer. $55.81!!! The pizza was anormal price and so was the pasta. 12 wings were $21!!! It was late and my family was hungry so I figured I would just deal withit. Then the nice kid started looking for the beer I paid for. Keep in mind the decor in the place is largely beer relatedincluding a bar area with bottles of beer on display!!!!! He asked another guy who came from the back where the beer was and wasinformed that they don't sell beer and don't have a permit for it. I was offered fountain drinks in place of the beer. Not quitethe same effect. Having a beer and waiting for my food was largely part of my decision to stop here since I could see the bararea from the parking lot. I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. After 34 minutes I was brought my food and a youngerkid, Also nice and apologetic, didn't have any reason for the food delay. This was not a good lunch, lack of variety cold pizza not cool , empty trays give you a sence of old food
Terrible customer service, cannot reach store, only the 3rd party and when transferring to store no one answers. Called 4 times,... had a terrible, cold, over sauced pizza given to me for carry out. Employees obviously forgot about my order and didn?t try toreconcile or anything. Truly the worst service I ever had!!!!! Read more

Buffet is back. But is it? Waiting now half an hour for my drink. Had a few slices for the first serving, though buffet is now... completely empty of food for what has been 10 minutes now. You'll need more than an hour for lunch Read more
I really wanted to like this place because they do have a drive-thru and the location is convenient. Unfortunately the young... person at the counter working that night had no idea about pricing or specials or anything all she could do is hand me a menu. Iordered three pizzas two regular crust and one pan crust. They all came out about the same time which was great and we wenthome. On my pan pizza is where they failed, when I got home I took a bite of it and noticed that not only did they actually putextra sauce when I asked for light, but it was not fully cooked. So I had lots of sauce on a pizza that was raw. I thought I wasgoing to be sick. We ended up just having to cook the pizza in the oven so we could eat it. But I still had to scrape all thesauce off of it because I can't tolerate that much sauce. So in the end not happy about this place not happy about the customerservice definitely not happy about having to cook my own pizza. Read more
First time coming to this place and the last .first when you go in the registers was broke and you had to go to the bar register... then you sit there and wait because they?re waiting on the window and not even paying attention to who is at the bar then whenthey finally finished with the window a old man walks in and the guy waited on him instead of me and I?ve been standing therefor a good five minutes then a lady walks in and they welcome her and take her order. I was so mad I just left instead of sayinganything . I wanted to eat the Buffet bar, but half of the stuff was empty anyway and needed to be refilled. I was on my lunchbreak and didn?t have time to wait anymore. They even had a female employee walk by while I was just standing there and shedidn?t say anything either. My advice is this place needs new management. I should?ve read the reviews before I even went. Read more
