I don?t normally write reviews but this has been happening since I moved here a year and a half ago. 1. The drive thru is... extremely slow. I have to block off 20-30 minutes of my day if I want to drive through to get a smoothie (even if there are onlytwo other cars in the drive thru and almost no customers in the store). This is not something I have experienced at any othersmoothie king location. This probably deters people from choosing smoothie king as a logical food option when on the go. 2. Whenmy husband went in to pick up my online order tonight, they did not acknowledge him for 4 minutes. He was the only person in thestore. He tried to pick up the order at 7:13 when my online receipt told me it would be ready at 7:03. He had to wait anadditional 5 minutes after asking about it to have it made. 3. The workers have never been very friendly and tonight they seemedvery rude and almost acted like it was an inconvenience to make our smoothie, even when it was already 10 minutes after theestimated pick up time on the app. I love the smoothies from smoothie king, but, I really don?t see the point in going tosmoothie king if it is such as hassle to even do an online order and pick up. I am sorry. It is the worst attention I have received today. I accept being a rare customer but today's tension ended up... canceling my visits. They do not have warm attention with customers and apart from that they put the order at the counter anddo not tell them who it is from. a guessing game between what we were waiting for. Read more
Horrible wait drive thru time! I waited 20 minutes and still didn?t get my smoothie. I finally left because that was just... ridiculous! Literally had 5 other cars behind me and 2 in front. What a waste of time! Read more
I only write this review with the hopes the owner actually does something about it since I know they're independently owned but... the drive through lane takes way too long. If you're going to have a drive through then take some time to make it efficient. Itdiscourages me from going there. Smoothies themselves are good, but overall experience is terrible. Read more
This seems like a reoccurring complaint and it may be redundant for me to say it as well but here we are- the drive through line... takes an unbelievable amount of time. The same four people were in the line when I ordered and the same four people were STILLin the line when I finally left. This isn?t whataburger, I doubt there is enough business through this place in the mornings tojustify that kind of wait. Read more
This is the first review I've ever posted and probably ever will post because that's how trash these smoothies are. Some days... they're actually smooth and blended, but others days - like today - I'm having to dump the smoothie into a blender at home toactually crush the WHOLE ice cubes to make a decent smoothie. 2 stars feels generous but the few times I've gone and actuallygotten a good smoothie is the only thing preventing a 1 star rating.
