This place needs a new intercom system or a new team member to take orders! I had to repeat every aspect of my order multiple... times...how do you get a Dill Pickle Burger from "plain hamburger dry"? They have also eliminated all grilled chicken itemswhich were the only items that were remotely healthy. Read more
Usually spot on with the orders, even though they forget the condiments sometimes w app orders. Last trip they forgot the... marinara with the cheese sticks. All good though. It's hot af outside (105*) and they work hard. I should have checked before Ileft anyway. Read more
This staff is polite and reads back the order right but they never get it right. The eggs are over salted, the customized items... aren't made right because we just get the original. I ordered a breakfast Burrito and asked for no shredded cheese and zestycheese sauce instead and I still got shredded cheese and a cheese cup? I gave 3 stars because they at least got my drink and icecream right. This kitchen needs help. Read more
First time stopping at this Sonic location. They were busy. It was Happy Hour. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to... order right away, the staff were all polite, efficient and exceeded my customer service expectations. This location is clean andwelcoming as well. While the carhops working are as sweet as can be, they seem to have some issues in the kitchen. This is the third time in 3... weeks they've gotten my order wrong - it's always correct on my receipt but wrong when I get it. I can't eat chili so there's a$7 hot dog that went into the trash. I won't be ordering food from this location again because I'm tired of throwing food away. Read more
Everything was really well, except for the part where Kylie brought me my order. When approaching my car, Kylie literally barked... my name like a football coach or something. She then very rudely/assertively handed me my order and walked away without sayinganything else. I NEVER leave reviews, but as a person who works in a customer servicing job like Kylie, this was just a terribleencounter after a long work day and I thought she should know she?s not the only one that?s had a long day :) Read more
