Ms Ericka is rocking it out in here. She handled this entire store on her own with 10 people in line plus online orders.. she... deserves a raise. Worst experience ever. Ordered through the app and aired the 20 minutes until it said ready. When I walked in, I was not greeted... and then the elderly lady walked over from the back and asked if I was there for a pick up. Told her my name and she said it?sgoing to be awhile, we were slammed. (Prior to this, only 8 people in 22 minutes had gone in and out of the store.) She startedworking on my sandwiches and then came back and told me it?s going to be a while cause she had to heat up the meatballs.Needless to say, I waited almost 45 minutes and still had cool/lukewarm food that literally thrown together. Meatballs werestill partially warmed up and she didn?t check them with thermometer. Was missing items. Made it seem like it was my fault forordering a meatball sandwich because they had ran out who knows how long ago! Definitely won?t be going back to this location! Read more

the only reason i?m giving this place 3 stars is cause it?s my go to subway and it?s not always bad but i have noticed pretty... much every time i go i never see the same person twice? but today was interesting when i came in there were 2 guys working on abig online order? i believe it was 4 to 6 sandwiches? 4 were already being made and almost done?. they told me it was going tobe an HOUR wait? i told them i had a super easy sandwich and they did make it for me and literally rushed me out of the doorafter i just stood in silence for 5 minutes watching them make these other sandwiches? i get that things can get busy but idon?t think rushing/ pushing customers away is the best thing to do? Ordered food on website for fast pick-up. Arrived and the store was CLOSED at 630pm!! Next day, call to get a refund and store... is still closed! No sign on door. I didnt think Subway was a "mom and pop" shop where they can just close the doors for any ol'reason. Guess this one thinks they can. I called all the other Subways around Magnolia to see if they knew anything about thisrogue store, NONE of them answered either!! I guess SUBWAY in Magnolia is on strike. Read more

Really disappointed. I ordered online to make it easier for hubby to pick up since I hurt my back. I messed up his TUNA sub... and did not delete the lettuce and fixings...but...WHERE IS THE TUNA? (see pics) Really stingy. One slice of provolone on oneend? But, the salad makings were fresh. His bottle of tea was warm, not room temp but WARM! So he could not drink it. Iordered a salad with extra bacon and extra dressing. Just a few pieces before I realized 3 small pieces of bacon was it. Noextra dressing so the salad underneath was dry. Some of the chicken was mushy, i wasnt even sure it was chicken. Not fresh????Just disappointing for $25.95. Read more

I am not really a fan of subway but my son wanted to try it. We went there last weekend. It was probably the best subway... experience I?ve ever had. A single lady working hard, extremely friendly. Greeted every customer on the way in and said thankyou on the way out. Food quality is below the standard of a Jersey Mike?s or Jimmy Johns but service matters. This lady makes adifference Read more

This subway is underrated!!!! This establishment needs to be better recognized for their incredible staff, service and food! I... live local and stumbled upon this subway and I?m so glad I did! I?ve eaten here several times in the past few months and everysingle item has been on point! Every single employee is amazing! Special shout out to the new guy working tonight!!!! He madethe best sandwich so far and the best salad according to my mister! He appeared nervous and had no reason to be!
