I don't know what they do differently than any other whataburger I have been to but, the burgers were by far the best I've ever... had. Most locations, my patties are a little on the dry side but not here! They were juicy and delicious. Read more

Trash! Should?ve been a CFA built here and not whataburger hiring anyone and everyone that is there to earn an easy... paycheck. Their little friends come in and they tend to them with no problem. Go above and beyond for them! I placed a mobileorder for curbside and here I am inside because they just forgot about mine! If I would have never came in, they would havenever even seen an order come through. What takes so long to make the food? Do they kill the chicken and cow themselves? Worst whataburger. Employees don't care - laugh and play games. Mock you when you ask for help. We waited for our food (no... special items) for almost 20m then got cold mushy fries and rude service. Last visit i purchased a breakfast burrito. Gothalfway to my destination and it was totally the wrong item in the bag. Had to go all the way back. Almost every time we havecome it has been similar problems. Employees loud and obviously more intrested in goofing around with each other than working.Even the manager was yelling across the restaurant - not a great environment to enjoy a meal. Worst whataburger I've ever been to. Orders are always wrong and the wait is forever. Update: tried them again. Dropped 40... bucks for trash! Order was incorrect. Fries weren't even cooked. These people working here are horrible. Read more
Literally the worst experience last night. I pull through and order two kids meal burgers, one for my kid and one for me. The... man repeated the correct order back to me but when I got my food, my meal specifically was incorrect so I took it back inside tohave it replaced. They didn't believe me. And I had to explain it twice to the girl behind the counter and once to a managerbecause I suppose she couldn't understand the problem. The manager was sweet but the girl made me wait 15 minutes on the dot fora kids meal. And finally when i received it, i got a large container of cold fries and a couple of buns and a meat patty. Not atall what I ordered and I can't believe the audacity of the same Whataburger I've been going to for years. Don?t go in with to many discounts or coupons. They find reasons to Ban regular customers who use them. Banned my mom because... someone in her group supposedly threw a creamer which did not happen. Even if it did happen you ban that person not everyoneelse?. If your a normal customer getting the senior morning coffee they will find a reason to ban you. Corporate puts out whocan receive discounts and this store does NOT want to adhere to it. They will let you use it but soon as you give them any griefabout it or question it, they will ban you for ?being disruptive?. That?s their way around it. Also the same like everyone elsesays. If your not a teenager in their ?click? you have no priority whatsoever and will receive the worst customer service.
