I've had a good experience ordering from this location before, therefore, I decided to go ahead and use Wingstop's free delivery... instead of DoorDash. I ordered the 15 count meal, which included fries and two soft drinks (a sprite and an unsweet tea) for$28.88 (including a 15% tip). By the time we received our food the driver had left and there was only ONE soft drink, but noteither the drinks I requested. For some reason it was a Dr. Pepper. The fries were mushy and lukewarm, the same going for ourwings which were rubbery and not very hot at all. Very disappointed in the quality of this delivery and the missingitems. I'd honestly avoid this place. They forgot part of my order refused a refund for the forgotten iteam and the best they offered a... to write my name on a paper with no insurance that it won't get lost I won't be using this wing stop ever again just go to adifferent one and save the wasted time Read more
Says closes at 12am on the door but I'm by the door @ 1106pm on Friday. while the guy doesn't even acknowledge we exist. At... least change the hours if y'all ain't willing to do a full shift. Read more
It was 10:00 pm when I called and 10:20 when I showed up, doors were already locked and place was already cleaned and mopped.... Says open til 11 but they clearly closed an hour early if not earlier. Not to mention one kid flipping me off. Whoever owns thiswingstop get a handle on it. Bunch of unethical little high schoolers working I guess. After driving 15 min both ways to pick up order, found out that was missing fries. Tried to call to let them know but no... pickup from the phone, so decided to drive back while on hold and drive actually took 17 min /35 seconds. Person working thereoffered an extra order of fries for their mistake. After waiting another 5 min for the fries and driving back home another 17min / 25 seconds, I opened up the sealed bag with green tape to find 1 order of fries! So I guess I drove over 35 min roundtrip for their mistake just to correct my own order. AND THE FRIES SOGGY!!! NEVER AGAIN! ILL DRIVE EXTRA MILES TO TOMBALLNEXT TIME!!!! Read more
2nd visit. And the 2nd time my order has been wrong. I just made the mistake of showing up at 10:52 on a Saturday... night. Everything states the establishment stays open till midnight but it clearly DOES NOT. When I walked in the door Inoticed one employee turn off all the lit signage in the front window. Then when the customers who ordered before me attemptedto eat their food inside the store. THEY WERE ASKED TO LEAVE!!! They were told the store was closing. I received my food 4minutes later and as I left at 11:11 the employees INSTANTLY killed all the lights and I assume quickly closed and left.
