I ordered burger and I ate a just the bread of it for 10$ a burger and it has bread with one meat without any cheese or any... vegetables, if I ordered burger from macdonald for 6$ it would be better tasty and my pizza doesn't have any vegetable , rudecustomer service and even when we ask that the burger doesn't have any vegetables in it they said you didn't ask anything butthey didn't ask me to put something or not I didn't pay 30$ for just a bread rude customer service don't go to this restaurant. Discovered this place by mistake, but was not disappointed. Excellent pizza!
I found them so unprofessional on the phone that I decided to cancel my order. They wanted to charge an additional 7 dollars for... me being 5 minutes from downtown Magog. I can't speak for the pizza because the service on the phone was absurd. Read more

My mom and mother in-law went there for lunch today and were very disappointed. Food was terrible (over cooked and dry) and the... worst part was when they went to pay their bills the prices were over priced and they couldn't understand why. The owner toldthem they raised the prices the day prior but didn't get around to changing them yet. I'm sorry but no restaurant or any placefor that matter has the right to charge a higher price than what is already listed. She never informed them about the pricesgoing up prior to them ordering .. nothing. Then the owner was trying to tell them it was an increase in price by only a coupleof cents when it was more like 3 dollars and up on certain items. Finally she allowed one of them to pay the price that waslisted in the menu because she said she was getting annoyed while the other had to pay the price that had been increased. Nowhere did they indicate prices being increased. If you are going to give people menus with prices then those are the prices youneed to honour. Not only did all this occur but the owner was so rude to them about the whole situation. Not professional. Ifthat was me I would have just left the restaurant after being treated that way (because I have worked in restaurants and that'snot how you treat customers) I will never step foot in this place ever!!! If you're looking for great Pizza in Magog, This is the place. It's a bit like a take out resturaunt. Limited seating, clean,... large bathrooms. I normally get a Quebecois and the wife a vegetarian. Very very good and the value is excellent. <20$ Read more
