Stopped here on the way to Centralia, and we were very happy with everything! The staff was very nice, the food was very... generous in terms of portions, and it also tasted amazing! I just don?t know. The food is alright, hardly ever ordered from here but since Pascolis in town is now closed there?s not many... more in town options. I really enjoy the hoagie buns. However, take note that they normally ask you lettuce/tomato/onion/mayofor your hoagie but I?m pretty sure they actually use miracle whip. It took me a few times getting a hoagie before realizing whythe ?Mayo? taste was so tangy and off. Please, don?t say it?s Mayo if it?s not. Second, I don?t recommend buying soup from here.I?m 99% sure they just use Cambells soup and pour it into a small bowl and charge over 3 dollars for what is a dollar and twentyfive cent can of soup at the store. I use to like this place. Until the people who work there are so rude. Not all of them but enough. And the food is not as good... as b4.but the prices are still high. Well it's been 3 years since I ordered from this place and it's gotten worse. First Iordered pizza with pineapple and fries they charged me 30 dollars for just that but bring me a pizza with ham and teaspoon ofpineapple I called them right away told them the order was wrong they were so ignorant it was unbelievable they new I was atwork that's why I had it delivered after telling him I just wanted my money back he tells me no tell me I have to wait a hourfor them to bring me the right food matter what I can't get my money back this place should be closed down charges me 30 dollarsfor a pizazz and fries and wont even fix that so they think it's ok to lie and steal. Ok so where do i begin. I ordered chicken wings w bbq sauce 1 small pizza w pineapple and ham And a jack daniels... cheeseburger And it arrived at 840-845 First of all the young lady who was taking orders over the phone is insisting that sherepeated my order when i am 100 percent sure about what i ordered. I even tried calling and being extremely polite andmentioning how I understand things are hard for first responders during the covid crisis going on. I mentioned this because iappreciate the hard work going on from our first responders. So i opened my order. Sodas were missing.The chicken wings wereextremely old. I have pictures for proof. I Offered to show the manager and was denied ability to show what i was referring to.Only being told that i was basically lying. I was sent an order of chicken tenders w fries I NEVER ORDERED! The burger wasedible ,but when you hear jack daniels cheeseburger you imagine something savory and with flavor not just burger bun cheese somesauce... The fries came in aluminum foil and therefore extremely soggy. No ketchup,napkins, forks, or other utensils. Asked tospeak with the manager, After being told by the cashier that i was lying about the chicken. I offered to send a picture to themanager to see the chicken wings but was told that there was no way to send chicken wings back and i would just have to takethem. They did however offer to refund the chicken tenders and French fries even though i never ordered them. I sent both back.After i mentioned that i was gonna be leaving a review on google maps and was told by the manager that i was acting childish and that only a child would leave a review on Google and then i was hung up on. Now for those who kept track of my order and arewondering how the pizza w pineapple and ham was.. it wasnt bad.. i slighty enjoyed that atleast. Now hopefully management enjoysthis review.
