Terrible service. Whichever lady works at night answering phones/taking food orders does a poor job. They have ?forgotten? our... order twice with no call back AND cancelled our online delivery after it was placed without telling us because they ?do notdeliver on Wednesdays?. Do you want ppl to keep coming back? You should probably work on communicating with your customers.After reading other reviews about the Casey?s on Prairieview road, it is clear that this is an issue. I placed an online order at 5:33 p.m. this evening for a pizza to be delivered at 7:30 p.m. I started calling at 8:15 p.m. with... nobody answering the phone. Finally at 8:30 I was able to speak with someone who said the delivery people just left and to givethem 10-15 more minutes. Pizza arrived and was extremely underbaked and doughy as well as not a single slice had been cutthrough the crust. This was the worst service we have had at this Caseys and can say we will not be back. It should never takethree hours to underbake a pizza!! Read more
5 stars overall, BUT Casey's corporation is out of this world REDICULOUSLY high on some items, case in point, $5 for a 4lb bag... of sugar. Also Casey's has GREAT pizza. BUT corporate in it's infinite wisdom ???????????????????? has mandated that ALLstores NOT deliver after 9PM EVEN ON WEEKENDS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS Seems to me like corporate is shooting themselves inthe foot. I so appreciate our local Casey's in Mahomet. The pizza and salads are so fresh and well done. I feel like the employees take... pride in putting out a good product. The delivery people are very kind and courteous. Read more
A really garbage store with some less then capable employees. Some are high, some are drunk, the managers can?t manage and while... the food taste okay sometimes only a very few employees are really worth anything and most of the time the person making yourstuff makes you wonder if you really want to even mess with it. I mean there is a Fallipos down the street I don?t have to worryabout. And i would like to say the staff heavily reflects their managers. They?re the type of guys that will give one guy timeoff for a party but not another to mourn a recent death. Maybe it?s because they sympathize for the first one and it reflectthem. Read more
Your typical Casey's gas station. Good pizza, not so great wings, overcooked but under iced donuts most of the time. I do like... the addition of ice cream but they do turn that machine off during the winter months. Read more
1st time getting bad grab and go pizza. It was like concrete. And I guess the clerk takes smoke breaks when customers are... waiting. Then proceeds to cough like he has the plague, whilst not covering his mouth. Bathroom was clean. Read more
