Could have just been an off day but the fries were crazy stale, threw them out. And they gave us the incorrect sauce for our... chicken nuggets. Gave two stars instead of one because if we hadn't gone to the drive thru and been in a hurry then they mighthave been accommodating if we had time to talk to them. The red head manager Dakota is terrible and Makaela or however u spell it is about twice as bad. Dakota even said ?I can?t wait... to see the google review? and ran his mouth as I left. The rookies in the drive thru have better customer service than they do.There has been countless times my order was wrong and I haven?t said anything. I get my kids food there all the time. I toldmyself if it?s wrong this time I will take to google and never be back to this location again. Horrendous service. This is the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to in my life and I am 64 years old I had been here and stood in the line to where... I couldn?t even park I had a way to even park if that?s what I chose to do. And then I realized after ordering that I left mypurse so I tell them that I will be back and I went home and went back. I get back, I place my order again and get to the windowand pay for it and when I go to pick up my food I decided I really needed a cuppa coffee, so I asked if they could add a cuppacoffee on there for me and they would not do it they told me I had to go back in the line and my food would?ve been ice cold ifI had done that I am so so upset about this it wouldn?t of taken even 30 seconds to have done this!
