We ate here recently and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and dining experience. Staff was wonderful. We split the bacon mac & cheese... and a burger and thought both were really good. The mac & cheese was one of the best ones we've had in a restaurant too! Read more
First time visiting. I had the fish tacos. The tacos were tasty but the side salad had a dressing that was delicious and was the... rock star of the meal. I visited on a warm Saturday and the place was hopping so if you're hoping to sit on the patio on aweekend there will probably a wait. The best meal at the the best authentic old style ambience in Mahone Bay. A must visit if you are looking for a wonderful dining... experience. Great food and great service. Conveniently located between Halifax and lunenburg. We ordered lobster Mac and cheese and fish... cakes. Filling and great tasting. Also had the carrot cake which is a very large portion- large enough for sharing. Tea isserved in China cups! Wonderful gift shop attached to restaurant too. Read more
