I frequent this Tim Hortons because I live close to it. Otherwise I'd go to a different one. I normally order bagels with cream... cheese and dark roast coffee. Half the time they don't have any dark roast and I have to settle for regular and the other halfof the time, I barely get any cream cheese on my bagel. Not very consistent at all. I find the customer service at the windowmediocre at best... There was a young blonde lady working the drive-thru yesterday that was very nice and refreshing however.Come on management team, manage your team please. I'm not the only one that feels this way. The worst Tim Horton ever ! Staff was terrible! Rude to other customers! Slow 2nd in line and waited over 15 min Evan to get... served! And then coffee was way to sweet ! Never seen such terrible service at Tim Hortons before ! Owner should review therestaff ! I will never go there again ! Bet a lot of people stop going there for the same reasons !
