Wasn?t pleased with my initial experience. I called to make a pickup order for pizza. The girl on the phone had a really bad... attitude, and when I asked for a large pizza (not knowing this pizzeria only serves personal size, which I would have been finewith and would have ordered instead), she said ?we don?t have large pizzas, only personal? in a very stressed out and nastytone. I couldn?t bear to even ask to order the personal pizza due to how rude she was. Will not be calling back to order here inthe future. Read more
Nice little pizza spot with a diverse menu
Mario's catered our family event and handled everything in an awesome manner. Mario and Jamie arrived with the brick, wood fired... pizza oven and made each individual pizza cooked to perfection and catered to everyones palate. It is easy to see Mario's puts200% into what they do. We highly recommend Mario's. Mario's also has a restaurant in Mahopac on Rt 6. Try it. You will notbe disappointed. Read more

Good Italian pizza place for takeout. Also has a dining area, indoors and outdoors. Serves a town with large Italian community.... So, no pizza place would survive here if serving bad Italian food. Ordered from them several times. Most recently, picked up apie and opened it back at home to discover it was completely burned. Gave them a call and they delivered another one to me forfree and were very apologetic . Things happen everywhere but readiness to correct such mishaps is what counts most. I hadn't had pizza in many years (!) after being diagnosed with Celiac disease and being so disappointed in the gluten free... pizzas I had tried in the past. So glad I decided to try it one more time! The gluten-free margherita pizza I ordered fromMario's was amazing! High quality ingredients, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil! I can't believe I have been in living in this area for 28 years and have only discovered this great restaurant 3 weeks ago. My... business partner and I stopped in for lunch and so far I have been back two other times, both times taking family and friends. The pies are great, the crust and toppings have been some of the best pizza I have had ( I grew up in Brooklyn and worked in theBronx, which are known for their great pizza, so I know pizza). If you like baked clams oreganata then you are in for a treat. HIs red sauce (gravy) is delicious. And finally the server that I have had all three times, Toni, has been there 30 years andshe has been wonderful. I'm going back and bringing more people!!! Read more
