Portions are getting smaller and smaller. Half chicken was very small. Container of gravy for the potatoes had about 2 teaspoons... of gravy in it. It all tasted good, but not very much food for the price. Read more

Place is really run down, food wasn't what it used to be. The bathroom was really in shambles. Shame.. friendly and... professional staff so I don't blame them, owner needs to make a reinvestment in the brand or close it down and move on. Sorry. Read more
Food is always delicious, tables could be cleaner and neater, but my big complaint is ghe bathrooms! We go at least once or... twice a month to ghe Mahwah NJ one, and the bathrooms are disgusting! Ladies room only has 2 stalls and one has been out oforder forever, and ghe other one is always dirty. Read more
I go to BM occasionally. Most of the time you can expect fast food that makes you feel good about eating fast and is clean and... well kept. This location had sticky floors, dirty metal container holding the sauces. And the services was horrible. It's a fastfood restaurant I'm not expecting top service. But this was worst than I have seen in a while. It was so unclean feeling afterpurchasing my go to meal, I got in my car and drove some where else. I just couldn't eat from there. Read more
Friendly staff and the food was delivered and prepared after order. I was impressed how quickly the staff worked to ensure I... had my food. The floors, counters and tables were all clean. The restaurant is not over crowded with tables and this locationhas the option of a drive-thru. Overall, I would easily return. If you are looking for a quick meal that is take-out but astep above some of the other fast food places, I recommend this Boston Market. Read more
