I go to quite a few gas stations seeing as I drive a truck regionally, and being from New York myself I have seen too much to go... into, but let me say this is a sad excuse for a pilot! Not having showers is somewhat understandable as the size, my boss putsin $2000 a week per truck times four trucks and he?s a small company so really I cannot understand that What I really wanna sayis I would?ve given this pilot -5 stars if they allowed, and I always give the benefit of the doubt, but here these three tookthe cake. Trying to pay for my gas and get the receipt was a C in itself seeing as the clerk was playing his game on hisNintendo switch I believe and could not know would not help me until he died or finished the level. Making coffee I asked ifthey had honey, the response from the other two were ?NO?. It was about 5 o?clock and a smaller white lady walked in and fromher demeanor and actions I was under the assumption she was the supervisor on shift, boy was I wrong because she and one of theother male workers could not stop bad mouthing and degrading the supervisor coming on shift. The funniest part was she walked inat 5 AM and said ? I don?t know how he?s/she?s leaving at 12pm because Im here 4am to 12pm, and I was here at 4am!!!!!!!!!! andI?m leaving at 12pm?. That right there is a bold face lie as she was even joking about it. Like I said before being from NewYork I?ve seen nasty, spiteful, sarcastic, rude, but these three were able to combine all of that into a very negativedisgusting experience especially after spending $1000 in the store? I personally would stay so far away from pilot as so Ididn?t even have to look at it, I?m even speaking with my boss about using his Bills credit line instead of pilot, at least aBolla they smile, the food is fantastic, the aura is comfortable, the place is spotless, fresh food is made daily,HOT/COLD?that there pilot was such a depressing place to be. Clean Place and Nice Helpful Staff. Not a great place for anytime " Trucker Parking " an No Showers. It is what it is for the... location it was built in . Fortunately for me I'm in a 26.FT. Box Truck an was able to park in Auto Area with permission fromstaff . Good People ???? . Comfort Suites Hotel next door with limited Big Truck parking ????. The gas attendants and store employees are rude. Gas was cheap so I stopped by to get gas here. Store was clean
Never parked at a Pilot and stayed overnight where I?m told at 7 in the morning that I have to go. Always give my business at... Pilot, take my time waking up and purchase their snacks and coffee for breakfast. In all my travels, I?ve never felt sounwelcome at a Pilot. Gross. Read more
I prefer pilot to any other truck stop. The bathroom had only 1/3 working toilets. Also, the way the soap dispensers are makes... it hard to get soap out. There is barely enough room to fit your hand under there. You can use the cherry pumice soap easily,but it leaves a funny film on your hands. Read more
